Delivery

We are pleased to offer nationwide delivery across the UK mainland, following the continued demand for our Fresh Box fruit and vegetable selections. To ensure quality and reliability, we work with a trusted private courier, delivering your produce fresh, carefully handled, and directly to your door.

National delivery is charged at £4.99. All orders over £50 qualify for free delivery. Every delivery includes temperature-controlled packaging to maintain freshness, along with a tracking email sent on the morning of delivery. Delivery is available to most UK mainland addresses. Please note that we do not currently deliver to the Scottish Highlands or locations outside mainland UK, including Ireland and the Isle of Wight.

Freshness is at the heart of what we do. All boxes are picked and packed the day before delivery, ensuring your produce is as fresh as possible. Once dispatched, your order will arrive within 24 hours.

We currently offer delivery on Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. Orders must be placed by 11am the day prior to your chosen delivery day. This schedule allows us to prepare each box as close to delivery as possible, maintaining our quality standards.

On the morning of delivery, you will receive a tracking email from our courier. Please check your junk or spam folder if it does not appear in your inbox. Delivery time windows are automatically assigned by the courier and cannot be adjusted.

If you are not available at the time of delivery, the driver will leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour where possible. If you have a preferred safe location, please include this in the order notes at checkout.
